- Analyse KPIs to draw actionable insights, identify bottlenecks and prioritise improvement opportunities.
- Lead projects from initiation to completion: define scope, plan timelines, allocate resources, track budgets, manage risks/issues, and report progress.
- Manage system/work migrations end-to-end: identify roadblocks, propose solutions and ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate root-cause analysis (RCA), drive corrective actions and verify effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
- Design and implement process re‑engineering to streamline operations, reduce cost and improve productivity; run workshops and training to embed continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance (including ISO where applicable) and maintain required compliance artefacts.
- Provide executive operational support: high-quality calendar and meeting management, prepare materials, take minutes, track actions and ensure timely follow-through.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document/workspace practices.
Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement process design strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project objectives.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics and provide recommendations for further enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in process design, continuous improvement, and project management.
What you need to have:

- Hands‑on project delivery skills: scope definition, resource planning, scheduling, budget tracking, status reporting, change control and use of project management software/tools.
- Risk management capabilities: maintain risk/issue logs, FMEA, track mitigations, facilitate RCA and drive corrective actions.
- Continuous improvement expertise (Lean/Six Sigma knowledge desirable); ability to standardize/document processes and maintain improvement roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills; experience running workshops and training.
- Executive support skills: high‑volume calendar and meeting management, preparation of materials, minute taking, action tracking and discreet handling of confidential information.
- Strong MS Office skills (advanced Excel), ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
