Job Description

Oversee day-to-day production activities in the pharmaceutical manufacturing unit
Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve operational targets
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost control, and productivity
Coordinate with cross-functional departments including QA, QC, Maintenance, and Planning
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce planning
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit
