. Sustain all current Microsoft Fabric architecture.
. Establish solid relationships with business stakeholders and PGCS Data Analytic team members. Work to ensure most reporting and data sets are automated and/or semi-automated. Ensure data security.
. Manage all backend data to support PGCS self-service reporting Power BI reporting portal. Leverage DAX experience within Power BI. Deliver highly visual easy to navigate reporting.
. Ensure all reports / analytic reporting is flexible to enable multiple audiences to quickly pull various insights from a single data set. Partner with functional stakeholders to capture and combine varied data sets to a single report with the goal - make insights available rich and telling.
. Sustain all Power BI reporting within the Fabric environment as appropriate. Create new reporting as necessary and work to transition all required data integrations with the new platform as well. Be the technical SME on the project team.
. Provide analytic support to aid and drive the PGCS productivity agenda. Will require a high level of business engagement (engagement/participation) within business venues. Collaborate with PGCS and BU teams to identify the opportunities and leverage correct data sets to optimize & generate efficient E2E business solutions.
. Manage PGCS project pipeline, work with team members to define value realization for those projects and monitor progress to ensure delivery.
. Construct user stories with key stakeholders to deliver new capabilities. Lead productivity/E2E projects. Partner with IT business and IT stakeholders to prioritize work required and lead as project manager to ensure IT delivers optimal working solution.
Experience in developing and debugging reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX
