Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven digital strategy, preferably in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan, and execute multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive high-quality leads for Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Dubai markets.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, ensuring CPL and CPA targets are met.
- Build data-driven marketing funnels to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across platforms and locations.
- Track, measure, and report on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative, sales, and tech teams to improve ad performance and lead quality.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and industry benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in real estate, BFSI, or high-ticket service industry).
- Proven experience in lead generation and funnel optimization.
- Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics tools, and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Aisensy etc.).
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data interpretation and performance reporting.
- Ability to manage large budgets and deliver consistent, scalable results.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate marketing or high-value investment products.
- Understanding of international lead generation, particularly for Dubai or NRI investors.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar will be a plus.
