Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Palghat for a Manager on Duty. The Manager on Duty will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and addressing any issues that arise promptly. The role includes managing staff, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional responsibilities include handling patient inquiries, managing scheduling and resources, and maintaining a safe and efficient healthcare environment.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Experience in healthcare management is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is advantageous
