Job Description
  • Broad based knowledge in new process development activities, process flow designing, concept planning, and feasibility study.
  • Oversee design planning, development, testing, validation, proto build, improvements, and manufacturing process flow planning.
  • Conduct process feasibility studies, prototypes testing, process customization, and process equipment planning.
  • Estimate costs for tooling and line setup.
  • Good knowledge in RFQ, DAP, PFD, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan, quality plan, and capability studies.
  • Possess project management and problem-solving skills in manufacturing engineering and part design.
