We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketplace Ads Manager to join our team at Xiaomi India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, platform-specific ad formats, and data-driven optimization techniques to drive sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Ad Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive ad strategies for Flipkart and Amazon to drive product visibility, sales, and ROI.
Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to achieve performance goals.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage marketplace ad campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
Utilize audience targeting, remarketing, and segmentation strategies to reach and engage with relevant audiences on e-commerce platforms.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid management to maximize ad
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage the ad budget effectively to ensure optimal spend and ROI.
Track and report on ad spend and campaign performance against budget.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the product and sales teams to align ad strategies with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
Market Research:
Stay updated on marketplace ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Evaluate full funnel numbers against competition and category benchmarks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in Xiaomi's advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or e-commerce roles, with a focus on managing advertising campaigns on Amazon and/or Flipkart.
Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital advertising campaigns, particularly on e-commerce platforms.
Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Seller Hub, Google Analytics, or similar platforms for campaign monitoring and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
