Roles & Responsibilities:

Delegate responsibilities and supervise daily business operations.
Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees to deliver attentive and efficient customer service.
Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback and development opportunities.
Resolve customer and employee conflicts or complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor store or business unit activities, ensuring adequate provisioning and staffing.
Analyze data and business processes to develop more efficient operational strategies.
Set and achieve business targets and profit objectives.
Ensure the business environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including proper signage and displays.
Generate operational and performance reports for senior management or stakeholders.
Enforce compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Perform additional duties as required to ensure the health and growth of the business.
