Role Responsibilities

  • Be a front line of contact for business for all issues / requests pertaining to SCSI front office & backoffice applications.

  • Preferred having hands on experience in managing Moneyware Integra, LD, OMNETR, MF, IPO, Bonds, Equities, derivatives, Currency, CFD, T-PIN & CRM solution.

  • Proficient in handling and understanding SQL database

  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of Application Support. Should have sound knowledge of Incident, Problem, Release and Change Management.

  • Reviews necessary health check and monitoring reports and acts as appropriate.

  • All issues and requests are properly tracked and periodic update is sent to relevant stakeholders.

  • All issues and requests are closed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Work closely and cohesively with OSV teams to get the expected results.

  • All relevant documents for application support - BAU are kept up to date (namely DR / BCP , ASRM, AIG etc)

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to business.

  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.

  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Capability of highlighting risk to management on time

  • To conduct DR / BCP for critical application half yearly

  • Maintain and Manage BAU for applications assigned independently.
