We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Investigations Quality Assurance

Principal Responsibilities

  • Preparing the Global MI reports; this also includes the creation of the underlying MI / data tables.
  • Participating in weekly/monthly meetings.
  • QA results analysis & commentary.
  • Group submissions (various ad-hoc requests).
  • Training, slide preparation and delivery.
  • Updating QA Instructions, including supporting documents and other tools.
  • Support QA projects.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with a range of skills and experiences will be considered, with the following particularly desirable:
  • Relevant Experience, preferably across Financial Crime risk reporting and MI within a firm in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and provide concise commentary of findings.
  • Python coding, Jupiter, Macro and Machine Learning experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of Qliksense would be an advantage.
  • Good stakeholder, communication and influencing skills (strong written and oral communication skills demonstrated by a history of writing reports and making oral presentations to staff).
  • Proficient in dealing with senior stakeholders and rationalizing across differing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities is essential.
  • Sound judgment, team player, strong governance, MI and secretariat experience.
  • Good organizing skills is required.
  • Knowledge of Financial Crime Investigation is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically excel and power-point
