Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented HR Business Partner to support a business unit of approximately 500 employees. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive the people agenda, enable organizational effectiveness, and deliver a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate is someone who goes beyond traditional HR operations and has successfully led strategic HR initiatives, organizational transformation programs, and the adoption of modern people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR partner for a business unit of approximately 500 FTEs.
- Partner with senior business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities.
- Drive workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Lead strategic HR initiatives focused on transformation, employee experience, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
- Coach leaders on performance management, leadership capability, change management, and employee engagement.
- Analyze workforce metrics and people insights to influence business decisions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to deliver an integrated employee experience.
- Lead change management initiatives during business transformation, restructuring, or growth.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, employee wellbeing, and future-ready workplace practices.
- Ensure effective employee relations while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Desired Experience:
- 8 –12 years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic or enterprise-wide HR initiatives rather than only operational HR activities.
- Exposure to organizational transformation, change management, culture transformation, or digital HR initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in GCCs, technology organizations, or fast-growing global enterprises is preferred.

Candidates should have led one or more initiatives in areas such as:
