Our Just Walk Out technology Global Education team is seeking an innovative, analytical, Manager of Learning Programs who can build and implement game-changing, just-in-time knowledge solutions at scale, while also leading a team of local Learning Program Managers.

Key job responsibilities
In partnership with your Global Education peers, you will deliver strategic, innovative, scalable knowledge solutions to support our Just Walk Out technology customers in achieving their business priorities. You will define business and end-user learning requirements for defined workstreams, and partner with product stakeholders and experts to strategize and prioritize deliverables. You will use high judgement and strong stakeholder relationships to ruthlessly prioritize bandwidth and build capacity roadmaps for assigned workstreams.
You will ensure solutions support friction-free access through all needed media (guided workflows, AR, VR, and other digital learning) and tools (3P tools, phones, tablets, computers).
You will manage the performance of an assigned group of Learning Program Managers to execute to standard work and deliver solutions on time, Insist on the Highest Standards for each deliverable, and achieve measurable impact. You and your team will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deploy embedded knowledge solutions across our diverse audiences which enable moment of need self-service knowledge acquisition, and surface impact metrics.

You dive deep into details with stakeholders and product owners to anticipate user persona needs and performance requirements. You use collaborative influence with these stakeholders to ruthlessly prioritize deliverable roadmaps within constrained bandwidth.
You partner with Global Education team Learning Program Managers to develop strategic, globally scalable, repeatable knowledge and skill acquisition strategies that are easily adopted, and optimized for defect-free performance execution.
You leverage your deep and broad experience across knowledge solution modalities to meet end users where they are, integrate seamlessly with tech solutions and operational processes, and measurably enable customers to achieve targeted business impact outcomes.
You relentlessly seek out voice of customer feedback internal and external to validate real-world efficacy and continuously improve solutions. You use a combination of objective data and anecdote to continuously improve end-user experience and deliver on our customer promise.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree
- PMP certificate
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives and develop processes and tools as needed to support the organization
- Experience working with or evaluating AI systems
