Job Description

Job Title: Manager- Finance (Product Controller)

Job Location:Mumbai

RCS Grade:K

In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate product controlling operations. You will analyse, report, & contribute to shape Global Product Controlling, compliance data & reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Reporting Controller:

. Reviews, analyse and report monthly performance to Product Business Partners.

. Conduct review meetings on Month end Reporting's, Forecasting and Budgeting.

. Manage Product Controlling GSC Team and ensure all relevant task are carried out timely and with highest quality

. Ensures all product related CREST Reporting deadlines for central loads are met e.g. Global Volume adjustment for external reporting.

. Oversees and reports on the financial findings and performance resulting from the business operations during the reporting period

. Monitors and measures product performance globally, target achievements, drives root-cause analysis on KPI's such as Product / Station / File profitability, Cost of Sales, variance analysis,GP/EBIT conversion, etc.

. Actively coordinates and review loss making customers and loss-making countries and ensure proper follow-ups with respective pa rties for improvement actions.

. Provides accurate and timely financial analysis, performance related reporting and relevant financial information to product management.

. Drives month end process as a product Controller. Drives a feedback / commentary process with product teams on periodic performance and anomalies.

. Critically analyse the financial numbers reported for each function and department.

. Coordinates, assists and prepare budget activities

. Analyse issues and suggest enhancements in existing financial and operational processes

. Flexible and willing to perform diverse duties depending on the dynamic needs of the organization and its members

. Prepare and submit monthly reporting and financial presentations to management and coordinate with countries for the same

. Ensures all group timelines to be met without exception.

. Contributing to and leading any Global/ GSC Projects.

Required Skills/Abilities:

. Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance / related field. Master's degree will be an advantage.

. Excellent understanding of Finance processes - for accounting and controlling in particular

. Possess knowhow and experience to assess changes in the process design to enable best-in-class controlling processes across the globe

. Previous experience being a part of or leading a complex Global Project with cross functional stakeholders

. Possess knowhow and experience on AFR Operations

. Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills

. Excellent communication skills, and change management skills

. Strong customer orientation (able to build and manage a successful business partnership)

. Ability to work independently, manage own time and tasks

. Must be comfortable working in Australian time zone.
