Position: Manager / Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift timings: 1.30 PM -10.30 PM IST

Your Role as Finance & Accounts Manager:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly book closure, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Manage multi-country consolidation, inter-company reconciliations, and financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors for timely audit completion
• Oversee taxationdirect tax, GST, transfer pricing, and statutory compliance
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls
• Mentor and lead the accounting team

Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years post-qualification experience
• In-depth knowledge of IND-AS, IFRS, GST, direct tax laws, and multi-currency consolidation
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven track record handling audits and regulatory compliance
