- Hands on production experience of all mandated QRT's templates as per the timetable released by PRA (for Quarterly and Annual templates) Partnering in setting the team's strategic direction and assisting in the overall running of the team's operations
- Understanding of bridging items between local/ US GAAPs and Solvency II requiring eg DAC, Receivables, and technical provisions Review of critical journal entries, GAAP supplemental before submission to onshore team
- Slice and dice premiums, claims and expenses (acquisition costs, commissions, brokerage etc) on the basis of location of risks, dominium's limits for materiality levels Leadership and development of staff
- Claims provisioning and reserves calculations for triangles calculations relevant for Annual QRT submissions Participate or lead special projects, initiatives, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
- Report writing in narrative reporting toolkit like Workiva experience would be preferred for drafting of Qtrly, Annual R&A and SFCR / FCR reports Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and enhanced controls
- Ability to carve out data at account level, BS classification level from the ledgers and at a policy/ portfolio level from the regulatory data marts
- Analytical ability to correct mappings/ referencing tables between various GAAP and regulatory regimes

Primary Internal Interactions- AVP/VP for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support
- AVP/VP for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the Assistant AVP/VP and monthly evaluation of performance
- Peers (team members) for the purpose of seeking co-operation & clarification on process-related matters & aiding and support when required
