Job Description

We are looking for highly experienced Manager - P2P & R2R Functional Consultant with Oracle Fusion Financials implementation & Support experience. The role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of the P2P & R2R process. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Procure to Pay & Record to report process, strong leadership skills and the ability to drive process improvements.

Basic Function:

  • Primary responsibility of managing Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, adoption & Support
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier invoicing.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely & cost-effective procurement of goods & services.
  • Streamline payment process & optimize cash flow management.
  • Maintain financial records & ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger accounts, and reconciliations.
  • Overview on end-to-end Operations of Finance Systems and related Compliance & Audit
  • Provide thought leadership in addressing business requirements and process automations.
  • Strong Finance Domain knowledge, Project Management capabilities, Solution oriented and good business analyst. Work closely with Corporate Finance, Technology and Operations team
  • Lead Integration and data migration from EBS to Oracle Fusion. Ensure all connecting Finance applications are well integrated with smooth data flow from Payroll, OneSource, Treasury application and T&E platforms.
  • Lead Finance Transformation / Automation Roadmap for the Enterprise & Collaborate with Other teams. Plan, monitor and execute new automation projects for Finance.
  • Manage post deal integration projects for Finance Function & lead from the front.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Essential Functions:

  1. Finance Systems Operations
  2. Good Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and its related modules like Procurement Sourcing, Supplier Invoicing, Payments, General ledger
  3. Hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Financial Modules
  4. Experience of Oracle Fusion implementation and migration for EBS to Fusion
  5. Responsible for framing processes for Finance Systems Operations within guidelines, strategic goals, related policies and procedures in Oracle Fusion
  6. Good Project Manager with exhaustive experience of CRP, UAT and latest project management methodologies
  7. Expertise in Providing Trainings, learning and knowledge management.
  8. Ensure operational scalability and smooth transition of new projects to BAU
  9. High focus on Users experiences and collaboration
