Key Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks and supervise daily editorial and business operations
- Hire, train, motivate, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs
- Resolve client and employee concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee project workflows to ensure adequate resource allocation and process efficiency
- Analyze editorial processes and develop strategies for improvement and scalability
- Establish and achieve departmental goals, business objectives, and quality targets
- Ensure adherence to company policies, project timelines, and quality standards
- Prepare and present performance reports and operational insights to senior management
- Maintain an organized and productive work environment that supports company objectives
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 510 years of experience in editorial management, content operations, or publishing
- Proven experience leading and managing editorial or operations teams
