Job Description:
Provide HR and systems support for a group of 10-20 employees to include but not limited to:
- Monitor/approve time reports
- Access requests and periodic renewals
- Escalations management
- Vacation and shift scheduling
- Monitor skill/proficiency levels of members on team
- Monitor productivity levels, identify and resolve issues that reduce desired/required cycle times and jeopardize required scan frequency
