Manager – Corporate Relations

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall corporate relations and placement strategy.

Build and strengthen partnerships with leading IT companies and industry leaders.

Drive collaborations for internships, live projects, mentorship programs, and CSR initiatives.

Expand the recruiter network and enhance placement opportunities for students.

Represent Ethnus at CXO-level meetings, industry forums, and networking events.

Lead, mentor, and inspire the Corporate Relations team to achieve placement goals.

Analyze placement trends and drive data-backed improvements in hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

10–12 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.

Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills.

Extensive network within the IT and corporate ecosystem.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Experience in the EdTech, Higher Education, or Training industry is an added advantage.
