Key Responsibilities:
SAP & Enterprise Applications
- Oversee governance and support for SAP S/4 HANA modules including HR & Payroll (OM, PA, Time, Payroll, WebDynPro), MM, SD, PM, FICO.
- Manage ongoing SAP projects such as RISE with SAP migration and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business heads and process owners for system enhancements and issue resolution.
IT Project Management & Digital Transformation
- Drive IT initiatives including Salesforce implementation, AI/ML pilots, workflow automation, and self-service tools.
- Align IT strategy with business objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Lead digitalisation programs and evaluate emerging technologies like WatsonX, Power BI, and AI chatbots.
IT Governance & Compliance
- Ensure IT infrastructure and applications comply with audit, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for ITGC and other compliance mandates.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Engage with senior leadership to provide IT performance insights and project updates.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, budgets, and partner engagements (e.g., IBM, SAP, Salesforce).
- Represent the organization in external technical discussions.
Team & Process Leadership
- Mentor and lead team members to deliver high-quality project outputs.
- Establish robust processes for incident resolution, change management, and adoption of new technologies.
- Prepare project documentation, business cases, training materials, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely project execution.
