Process Overview*
GF (Global Finance) Global Financial Control India (GFCI) is part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business (LOBs) and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include General Accounting & Reconciliations, Legal Entity Controllership, Corporate Controllership, Management Reporting & Analysis, Finance Systems Support, Operational Risk and Controls, Regulatory Reporting, Corporate Sustainability Controller and Strategic initiatives
Job Description*
The Climate data team, a part of the Global Financial Control-Corporate Sustainability Controller organization within the CFO Group, plays a critical role in executing Bank of America's client climate data strategy, working with front-line units and control functions to define climate data requirements and translate those to client-level profiles. This is an important first step in supporting our clients on their Net Zero journey.
Responsibilities*
- Researching climate-related client data across a number of sources, including public disclosures, internal systems and vendor products
- Accurately and completely collecting and cataloging this data in keeping with defined throughput
- Implementing detailed processes and procedures in partnership with other team members
- Following training protocols, including adherence as they evolve
- Participating in implementation of governance and controls framework, in keeping with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) practices and Standards
- Developing and implementing key search capabilities, focusing on OpEx opportunities to streamline data collection processes
- Contributing to the development of management-level production reporting / dashboards
- Assist stakeholders in enhancing reporting and data analysis.
- Assist in designing process controls, identification, and implementation of process improvements.

Minimum 5-8 years in finance and accounting
