Job Title: B2B Sales Manager
Location: Delhi/Ahmedabad, India

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients, Strengthening the Customer Base and expanding to identified geographies and customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Working with Cross functional team and cater to the need of customer.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Depth of knowledge around molecules and crops for executing sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to Lead.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field +MBA
- 46 years of experience in B2B sales, in the Indian agrochemical space.
- Strong network within the agrochemical Industry in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within selected geographies.
