Key Responsibilities.

1. Providing technical support to App/Process.

2. Managing the application support team.

3. Collaborating with development teams.

4. Developing and maintaining documentation.

5. Analysing and resolving application issues.

6. Monitoring application performance.

7. Ensure the efficient resolution of application-related problems

8. Ensuring adherence to processes, standards and compliances.

9. Participating in project planning and implementation.

10. Providing input on software and hardware purchasing decisions.

Technical Skills:

Technical expertise: Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts, Software development, database concepts.

Manufacturing related application/db process: Strong understanding in SAP-Hana S/4, SAP Ariba, Warehouse management system, Logistic management system, Production support automation, Customer relation apps, sales relation apps, Automated ticketing tools, HR and Payroll related apps, Document management systems etc. in Manufacturing environments.

Cloud and Local hosting: Cloud and local hosting of applications and datanase.

Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Team leadership skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team of support professionals.

Project management: ability to define and execute Application projects

Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Global/Standard processes: Knowledge of Global/standard frameworks and best practices.

Qualification: Minimum: B.Tech/BE (Comp Sc/IS) or MCA/MBA in IT. (Science and technology stream only).

Experience: 8 to 12 Years of experience in manufacturing field preferred.
