Job Overview

Nous Universe is seeking an innovative and business-oriented AI professional to lead the development, implementation and commercialization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), AI Agents, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation solutions for both internal operations and SME clients.

The successful candidate will drive AI adoption, design intelligent business solutions, integrate enterprise applications, and support digital transformation initiatives across HR, Learning & Development, CRM, Accounting and business operations. This role combines technical expertise, business consulting and client engagement to create measurable business impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI and Digital Transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Design, develop and deploy GenAI applications, AI Agents and AI-powered business solutions.
• Build analytics dashboards, business intelligence solutions and predictive models.
• Lead implementation and integration of HRMS, LMS, CRM and Accounting systems.
• Develop AI-enabled learning and workforce development solutions.
• Conduct digital transformation consulting and solution delivery for SME clients.
• Drive technology innovation, product development and commercialization initiatives.
• Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers and industry stakeholders.
• Support business development, proposal preparation and customer engagement activities.
