Background Good understanding of digital media and Data. Should have directly or indirectly been a part of running an RTCDP tech Adobe, Treasure Data, Lytics, Algonomy, First Hive etc. Should have a good perspective on Zero, First and second party data, and how they can be used to nuance brand centric consumer personas.
The incumbent should have had adequate exposure to the Adobe suite.
Job description -
Develop a comprehensive CDP strategy aligned with ITC's business goals
Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platforms, analytics etc)
Advocate for the benefits of Enterprise CDP approach, educating stakeholders on its flexibility and scalability advantages
Evaluate and select best solutions for data ingestion, management, activation and other CDP functionalities, keeping in mind the Adobe ecosystem
Foster strong collaboration across Marketing, sales, IT, and customer success to ensure alignment and adoption
Discover and develop CDP use cases for Brands
Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including CDP delivery ,sales and other departments to ensure alignment of CDP implementation with overall business objectives
Define data governance strategies and security protocols for the CDP ecosystem
Rolling out complex data driven marketing campaigns. Drive requirements and design to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients across data driven marketing, single view of the customer and marketing technology with a specialization in Customer Data platforms
Work with project management team to develop the overall implementation solution plan
Understanding of CCPA,GDPR and other data protection acts
Experience on any AEP,ActionIQ,Lytics,Segment,Telium,C360
Responsible for working on defined business rules/transformations/BRDs
Integrate AEP and its application solutions i.e Real time customer data platform (RT-CDP), Customer journey analytics (CJA) and Adobe journey optimizer (AJO) with Adobe Experience cloud solutions to drive the user's cases
Certifications Preferred:
Adobe Realtime CDP Business practitioner
Adobe certified Expert - Adobe real time CDP
