Job Overview

We are hiring a Manager Accounts & Finance to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in financial accounting and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in financial accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in financial accounting software and MS Office
• Experience with tax compliance and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
• Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met
• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial industry trends
