About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, ERP systems, and financial controls while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalization of company accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and ROC/MCA filings.
• Prepare and present MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/ERP systems.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Review financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications:

• B.Com with CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)/
• MBA Finance or equivalent

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and MCA compliance.
• Experience in finalization of accounts and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or other ERP systems.
• Good understanding of statutory audits and compliance.
• Strong MIS reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
