Manager Accounts & Finance
Location: Delhi / NCR (Project Site) (Handwritten note: Cocoon Hotel, Sector 66)
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to manage the accounts and finance functions for our hospital and hotel construction projects. The candidate will work closely with the Group CFO and project leadership to ensure robust financial management, cost control, statutory compliance, and timely reporting.
Qualification
- CA Inter (Intermediate) is mandatory.
- Strong academic background with sound knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Mandatory: At least 2–3 years of recent experience at a hospital or hotel construction project/site.
- Experience in construction/project accounting, budgeting, cost monitoring, and contractor billing is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete accounts and finance function for assigned construction projects.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
- Review and process contractor, consultant, and vendor bills.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, project profitability reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, auditors, and statutory authorities.
- Support contract administration, financial due diligence, and internal financial controls.
- Assist in strategic financial planning, project funding, and decision-making.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of construction accounting and project finance.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage finance operations at project sites.
Candidate Profile
- CA Inter with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Recent experience in hospital or hotel construction projects is mandatory.
- Candidate must be based in Delhi/NCR.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Capable of working in a dynamic project environment and interacting with senior management.
