Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support Resource Management (RMG) and consultant allocation activities.
- Assist in staffing coordination and project resource tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS related to resource utilization and operations.
- Assist in customer coordination, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups.
- Support business development initiatives and customer engagement activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and other strategic projects.
Eligibility
- MBA (Information Technology), MBA (Marketing), or MBA (Operations) – Freshers or Final Semester Students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Good analytical, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
