Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere strictly to credit guidelines while processing applications.
  • Maintain decisioning accuracy as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure portfolio quality.
  • Complete application decisioning within defined TAT.
  • Timely rectify errors highlighted by the monitoring team.
  • Perform process documentation and ensure compliance adherence.
