About the team

Reliability and Productivity Engineering (aka RPE) organisation's primary vision is to help Flipkart Engineering teams to be able to build products efficiently and help the product run reliably on the production thereby helping consumers have a great experience.

The Incident management team will be part of the Reliability Engineering team under this RPE org, helping the organisation to be better equipped to be dealing with the Production incidents in a proactive way. This is a new team formed aiming to constantly improve the availability of the Flipkart platform for its consumers and sellers.

1. Hands on experience of monitoring & logging tools, APM, Rum & SM
2. Hands on experience on AI-Ops Tools (Pagerduty, Zenduty, VictorOps)
3. Past experience of reading and analyzing application logs

Preferred

1. ITIL Certification
2. Worked on Atlassian - JIRA & Confluence
3. Knowledge-based Systems - Creation and usage
