Jd For Maintenace Fitter
- Good knowledge required in Industrial safety, must know the safety protocol like LOTO, Safe work permit system & its type.
- Handling assigned work orders and CLIT / PMs (Inspections, oil changes, meter readings, etc.)
- Performing a variety of routine maintenance check sheet.
- Dealing with incoming work requests urgent break downs
- Communicating existing and potential issues with supervisors;
- To maintain different paper records to log maintenance work
- Hand on repairing experience in below mentioned industrial system:
- Utility system repairing like : Different types of pumps, centrifugal pumps , Piston pumps, gear pumps etc
- Cooling tower, RO plant, N2 generation system, Dust collection and Handling system
- Compressed air system including air compressor (Screw & piston type) , Air dryers , compressed air piping and installation
- Repair and maintenance of different types of gear box, Conveyor systems
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic system and working
- Good repairing knowledge of MHE's e.g. Forklift, HPT's , Cranes
- Adequate idea and knowledge regarding vibration & balancing work
- At least basic knowledge required in Gas based heating application, Gas burner repairing, Gas piping protocols and its inspection testing requirements
