5+ Years of experience in software application development and support
Strong experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting
Experience in working with Mainframe systems Cobol, JCL, basic sort
Experience in working with Java, Spring/MVC Framework will be an advantage
Knowledge and understanding of HTML, Json, Weblogic, Tomcat
Experience working with any scheduling tools, Autosys/Control-M
Experience with resolving batch issues
Experience working with different groups Infrastructure, Operations and ability to handle critical incidents
Ability to actively participate in Firecall and provide regular updates to stakeholders
In-depth experience in the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices
Experience working with ITIL tools, ServiceNow etc.
ITIL Service Management Foundation would be plus
Functional Skillset
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, such as incident management, problem management and change management
Hands-on Experience with large scale, complex data integration and management for a high volume, high availability and performant databases and systems
Troubleshoot issues and defects to determine root cause.
Create process and lifecycle for production related activities including support, bug fixes, setting up intelligent monitoring process and improve operational support quality with automated alerting/reporting framework
Understand Investment performance domain data is a plus
Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills
