M&A and IPO - Execution IB

The Associate/Mid level incumbent in investment banking plays a crucial role in supporting senior team members in executing Fund raising, M&A and ECM transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients.

The Associate works closely with Analysts, Senior Associates, and other team members to contribute to the successful completion of various deals and projects.

* Support Senior Bankers in business development activities: Create client marketing presentations, Develop industry and company research, Prepare preliminary Financial / Valuation Models etc

* Provide execution support by Preparation of Marketing Collaterals (Information Memoranda), Supporting in Due Diligence, Data Room management, Developing Financial / Valuation * Models (Excel Based), Providing Documentation Support

* Support in ideation of Investment Banking transactions and tracking industry trends (and update Senior Bankers)

*Maintaining databases and research for the team, including Peers Valuation Benchmarks, Precedent Transactions, FCF analysis etc

*Support in ideation of Investment Banking transactions and tracking industry trends (and update Senior Bankers)

*Conducting Industry and Company specific research including supporting Thought Leadership initiatives

*Attending Client Meetings and Drafting Sessions as necessary

*Co-ordinating with clients for the documentation
