Job Description

  • Collaborate with the VP, IT Project Management Office, and other stakeholders to develop integration strategies and project plans for acquired companies.
  • Oversee IT Workstreams including Systems/Network Infrastructure, IT
  • Operations, Security, Application, and Reporting platforms.
  • Ability to produce WBS from due diligence and analysis phase from technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with internal resources and external partners in multiple integration projects.
  • Manage and execute IT integration projects for multiple acquisitions
  • simultaneously.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful integration of systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership.
  • Foster strong relationships with acquired company IT teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge and Essential Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in IT integration related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, security, applications, and enterprise data warehousing.
  • Experience working with global teams and supporting international implementations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Knowledge and Desirable Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
  • Experience with IT integration in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management practices.
  • Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes and best practices.
  • Change management and organizational development skills.
  • SAP Implementation experience
