We're Hiring | Luxury Travel Specialist – Group Travel & MICE

Pangea Travel is looking for an experienced person to manage and execute high-end group trips and CXO-level MICE experiences.

What you'll own:

→ Curation and itinerary design for luxury group travel and retreats

→ End-to-end operations and on-ground execution

→ Package building and detailed costing

→ Supplier and DMC coordination across global destinations

→ Budget management and vendor negotiations

What we're looking for:

→ Solid experience in luxury group travel or MICE operations

→ Exposure to CXO-level clientele and the ability to deliver at that standard

→ Strong costing and package-building skills

→ Sharp attention to detail and calm under pressure

→ Existing supplier and hotel relationships are a plus

→ Based in Mumbai
