Location: Noida Sec 136, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required: 45 years (minimum 3 years in luxury real estate sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in luxury real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be based in Noida and will focus on driving sales and business growth for premium real estate projects located in Himachal Pradesh. This role requires excellent networking skills, a deep understanding of the luxury property market, and the ability to manage high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell luxury real estate projects in Himachal Pradesh.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and property exhibitions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients, investors.
  • Conduct client meetings, virtual tours, and site visits (as required) to showcase properties and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns targeting luxury buyers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 45 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in luxury or resort property sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics in North India, especially Himachal Pradesh.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in second homes, vacation homes, or hill station properties.
  • Strong network of HNI clients and real estate investors.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently.
  • Passionate about real estate, architecture, and luxury living.
