Job Role - Project Manager - Java
Job Location - Chennai, Anna Salai
Experience - 5 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development and Roadmap Management:
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to drive product development.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization through to delivery.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and manage product development teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Plan and execute projects to deliver in time and with quality.
Conduct design/code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Provide leadership in Agile/Scrum methodologies and lead sprint planning and execution.
Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in Java Full Stack technologies, including Java / JEE / Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js, and microservices.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Web Services (SOAP/REST) with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Guide teams on unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Ensure adherence to design patterns, UML, and other software engineering best practices.
Product Strategy & Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate product roadmap effectively to stakeholders and ensure transparency in the development process.
Gather product requirements, analyze market trends, and translate them into actionable product features.
Ensure that the product meets customer needs and addresses market challenges.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
Oversee unit and integration testing to ensure product quality.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Integrate and maintain best practices in software development.
Additional Responsibilities: Manage the overall product lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are aligned with business goals.
Utilize Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
Leverage database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB.
