Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
To follow-up and update customers on shipment details
To liaise with shipping companies and agencies for rates and to process shipment bookings
To assist with the preparation of shipping documentations (AWB, BL), and invoicing to customers
To communicate with local vendors on container trucking, cargoes deliveries/collections, permit declarations
Able to work in a team and with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Work in a warehouse environment.
