key responsibilities
- operational oversight-direct,plan,and oversee transportation activities,including dispatching,routing,and tracking,vehicals and shipments.
- logistics scheduling-develop and schedule efficient shipping routes.
- coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.
- cost control-monitor transportation costs and prepare budgets
- identify stategies to reduce expenses
- vendor customer relations
- collaborate with suppliers and customers
- manage vendor contracts
handle customer complaints
