Role Summary
Increase discovery through Google Business Profile and OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com). Manage reviews, photos, posts, and listings to convert views into bookings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain GBP hygiene (NAP, categories, photos, posts)
- Build review request flows and reply templates
- Optimize OTA photos, descriptions, and policies
- Track visibility calls/bookings KPIs
Requirements
- Proven GBP/SEO/OTA experience
- Strong English and attention to detail
Contract & Compensation
- Training Phase (November): USD $450 fixed stipend
- Operational Phase (Dec+): USD $650 monthly equivalent + performance bonuses
- Promotion: Eligible after 6090 days (based on KPIs)
