About The Role

As a Liquidity Risk Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling accurate liquidity risk reporting and regulatory compliance for leading financial institutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and product owners to design and deliver solutions that support LCR and NSFR reporting under Basel regulations. This role requires strong domain expertise in Liquidity Risk management, our ability to communicate effectively and present complex concepts clearly will be essential for influencing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes

Location: Chennai, Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days

Years of Experience: 4 to 14 Years

Job Description

  • Liquidity Risk knowledge hands on experience in LCR , NSFR
  • Regulation: Basel
  • IT BA experience
  • Hands on SQL
  • Agile project execution
  • Good presentation and communication skills

Knowledge And Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree. Specialization in Business, Finance, Engineering, Math or Sciences is desirable.
  • Experience in financial risk management , Liqudity risk , Liquidity risk reporting understanding netting / encumbrance logic , calculating liquidity ratio's and worked on LCR and NSFR reporting
  • Experience in identifying and assessing key business processes , understanding of data ingestion from FO especially in EOD c format
  • Experience in Basel regulation
  • Experience working in Agile projects, using Jira, creating user stories, and overall knowledge of the Agile Framework.

Skills And Competencies

  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes
  • Good knowledge of Capital Markets, Risk Management and reporting
  • Should have sound understanding of financial instruments basics- loans , deposits , repos , seclending , equity
  • Specific Domain skills : Finance & Risk Experience in Functional analysis on Liquidity reporting / reports like LCR and NSFR
  • Intar day liquidity reporting understanding , cash flow management
  • Lead discussions on detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business systems issues
  • Knowledgeable on business process modeling, process mapping
  • Knowledge of IT delivery methodologies: Agile, Iterative Waterfall and Waterfall
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements documents, User stories if required.
  • Advanced ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior to escalation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
