Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Line Cook based in New Delhi. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in accordance with TGI Fridays recipes and standards. Your tasks will include cooking and plating dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, complying with food safety regulations, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. This role requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience to guests.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in food preparation techniques, cooking, and plating
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and ensure consistency in food quality
  • Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Culinary training or certification is a plus
