About the Role
We are seeking a Lifestyle Content Writer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on lifestyle content creation, editorial writing, consumer trends, digital publishing, and AI-generated content evaluation.
In this role, you will create, review, and evaluate AI-generated lifestyle articles, blogs, buying guides, wellness content, travel features, home & living articles, fashion content, and consumer-focused editorial pieces. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for content generation, editorial assistance, personalized recommendations, and digital publishing.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in lifestyle journalism, content writing, blogging, digital media, magazine publishing, editorial operations, copywriting, or consumer communications.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing real-world lifestyle content and editorial writing scenarios.
- Write and review lifestyle articles, feature stories, blog posts, buying guides, listicles, product comparisons, and educational content.
- Research consumer trends, seasonal topics, products, services, and lifestyle developments using credible sources.
- Evaluate AI-generated recommendations, summaries, headlines, and long-form content for clarity, originality, factual accuracy, and audience relevance.
- Identify factual inaccuracies, unsupported claims, repetitive content, grammatical issues, tone inconsistencies, SEO deficiencies, and editorial weaknesses.
- Ensure content aligns with editorial standards, audience expectations, and responsible publishing practices.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in lifestyle writing, recommendation quality, and content generation.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Literature, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in lifestyle writing, content creation, journalism, blogging, editorial operations, digital publishing, or copywriting.
- Writing engaging long-form and short-form lifestyle content for digital audiences.
- Researching lifestyle topics using credible sources and industry trends.
- Editing articles for readability, tone, grammar, structure, and factual accuracy.
- Reviewing AI-generated lifestyle content for quality, originality, and user value.
- Creating audience-focused content across multiple lifestyle categories.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong creativity, research ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate content objectively while maintaining editorial consistency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with magazines, newspapers, digital publishers, media companies, content agencies, lifestyle brands, e-commerce platforms, or marketing agencies.
- Expertise in one or more lifestyle domains such as travel, wellness, fitness, fashion, beauty, parenting, home décor, food, personal finance, or consumer technology.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, editorial workflows, and digital analytics platforms.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated articles, recommendation content, product guides, or editorial datasets.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), AI benchmarking, or content evaluation workflows is an advantage.
- Portfolio of published lifestyle articles, blogs, or digital content is highly desirable.
