Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deployLiferay DXP-based web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Developcustom portlets, themes, layouts, and fragmentsusing Service Builder and OSGi modules.
- IntegrateLiferay DXPwith other enterprise systems (APIs, REST, SOAP, SSO, Keycloak, etc.).
- Writeclean, efficient, and well-documented Java codefollowing industry best practices.
- Performcode reviews, debugging, and optimizationto ensure system quality and performance.
- Stay updated with thelatest trends in Liferay DXP, OSGi, and modern web development.
- Contribute toAgile ceremoniesand continuous process improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experiencein Java-based web application development.
- Hands-on expertise inLiferay DXP (7.x), including:
OSGi modules, Service Builder, MVC frameworks, Liferay Hooks, REST Builder
AlloyUI, JSP, and LiferayTaglibs, Client Extensions
Theme and layout customization
WorkflowManagement
- Strong grasp ofHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, freemarkerand front-end integration.
- Experience withREST APIs, JSON/XML,SSOand backend integrations.
- Familiarity withGit, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and Agile workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
