Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with PSU bank stakeholders across Credit, Operations, IT, Risk, and Business Teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications and escalations.
Partner Onboarding & Compliance
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process with PSU banks.
- Coordinate internal alignment across Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
- Ensure adherence to PSU governance protocols, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
Technology Coordination
- Facilitate integrations between Ambak's technology systems (LOS/LMS/APIs) and PSU IT infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with PSU security, testing, and approval processes.
Operational Management
- Monitor service delivery KPIs and ensure SLA adherence.
- Drive efficient execution across disbursals, collections, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks in coordination with branch and zonal PSU teams.
Revenue & Portfolio Performance
- Track and manage revenue outcomes for PSU portfolios.
- Support collections performance and ensure policy compliance.
- Identify new business opportunities to enhance portfolio scale and profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in PSU banking, fintech, NBFCs, or strategic account management.
- Strong understanding of PSU bank processes and approval workflows.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments.
- Strong data orientation and process discipline.
