Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with PSU bank stakeholders across Credit, Operations, IT, Risk, and Business Teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications and escalations.

Partner Onboarding & Compliance

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process with PSU banks.
  • Coordinate internal alignment across Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Ensure adherence to PSU governance protocols, documentation standards, and audit requirements.

Technology Coordination

  • Facilitate integrations between Ambak's technology systems (LOS/LMS/APIs) and PSU IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with PSU security, testing, and approval processes.

Operational Management

  • Monitor service delivery KPIs and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Drive efficient execution across disbursals, collections, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks in coordination with branch and zonal PSU teams.

Revenue & Portfolio Performance

  • Track and manage revenue outcomes for PSU portfolios.
  • Support collections performance and ensure policy compliance.
  • Identify new business opportunities to enhance portfolio scale and profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience in PSU banking, fintech, NBFCs, or strategic account management.
  • Strong understanding of PSU bank processes and approval workflows.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong data orientation and process discipline.
