This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Leisure Travel Consultant located in Delhi, OH. The consultant will assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries for inbound travelers, provide destination-specific recommendations, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel experience. The role involves processing booking requests, managing reservations, liaising with hotels and transport providers, and addressing customer queries with professionalism. The candidate will also promote customized travel packages and support the continuous growth of the organization.

• Strong expertise in creating customized travel itineraries and knowledge of popular travel destinations
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ticketing, hotel reservations, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work efficiently in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in computer systems related to travel bookings and ticketing
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Familiarity with travel trends and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry and a bachelor's degree in Travel Management or a related field are preferred
