Legal Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on a broad spectrum of legal issues, particularly relating to works contracts and land disputes.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court and arbitration cases as required.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements to ensure protection of the company's interests.
• Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support business decision-making.
• Liaise and coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant authorities.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and ensure the company's operations remain compliant with current laws and regulations.
• Monitor legal developments relevant to the company's industry and advise internal stakeholders accordingly.
• Develop, update, and implement internal policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure ongoing legal compliance.
