Our client is a licensed Asset Manager recruiting for a highly experienced Legal & Compliance Manager.

Join a expanding asset management platform as a key partner overseeing legal operations and regulatory compliance frameworks across all business activities.
Oversee the legal & regulatory compliance framework ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
Direct all regulatory communications, periodic filings, compliance audits, and external authority relationships.
Draft, review, and negotiate key fund and legal documentation, commercial contracts, and service provider agreements.
skills and experience required
Minimum 6-8 years of legal & compliance within the fund management industry.
Deep technical knowledge of Singapore's regulatory landscape, including SFA, FAA, and AML/CFT requirements as well as familiarity with VCC structures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to interface effectively with business leaders.
