Legal Job Opportunity For Legal Associate Counsel at MEDITRADERS, Delhi
About the JOB, MEDITRADERS is hiring for the position of Legal Associate Counsel Document Review, based at Mayur Vihar, Phase 1 in Delhi. The interview process will be conducted virtually, and immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
(ii) A minimum of 3-5 years PQE with a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
(iii) Exceptional contractual drafting skills, client communication and contract negotiation with attention to detail.
(iv) Experience with tools like Relativity, RelOne, DISCO (Preferred)
(v) Logical & detail-oriented mindset
Responsibility :
(a) Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
(b) Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, fair exposure towards Corporate matters, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, NDPS, Medico legal matters, International Contract Drafting and overseeing regulatory affairs matters etc.
(c) Ability to work cooperatively with team as well as to work autonomously as per requirement of the assignment and meet deadlines.
